可根據客戶需求，訂制烘箱及工位長度。
SD-969NIR-A type Rotary soften production line, is invented with the concept of lean production. It changes the linear way of production into a rotary type, which greatly saves space and improves production efficiency. Its high-end technologies such as low glare penetration near infrared, orange peel lampshade, automatic closing door greatly enhances heating speed, light source usage, and eliminates heat loss. It is suitable for the group production mode.
Length of Oven and work place can be customized.

A、廻轉式設計，大大節省空間。
B、雙層設計采用隔離方式，配合貼底作業處理，上膠、組合等流程設計，提高工作效率，節省人力。
C、上層采用托盤式，下層采用可調距鞋楦架設計。
D、采用NIR低炫光滲透近紅外線燈管加熱，配合熱風循環，升溫速度快，
溫度穩定精準。（溫度開啟約40s-50s可快速達到設定值溫度）
E、工作位采用封閉式自動門設計，完全杜絕熱風的流失，節能環保。
F、采用特制橘皮紋高反射燈罩，大大提高了光源使用率，縮短烘干時間，
更加節能。
G、本機配備刷膠機及下抽風系統，使作業空間空氣更環保。
